🧠 Notes & Reflections

I've been a bit all over the place lately, after attending the GEN NZ conference things have been busy. We have picked up a project that seems to be a good fit for what we are trying to do here, and that is great. I've logged 13 hours on this early stage startup project. These are "in-kind" volunteer hours.

We have also spent some time preparing for Software Freedom Day and have been a bit lazy about tracking time on that. Partially we have been, but this is sort of a community event we are sponsoring and we are not so fussed about the effort going into it.

Not much else done in other areas, an update to the worklog-opsdevnz module today, because I often want to read the most recent worklog before starting a new one... so I added a -p for previous flag for that.

Both the "RAMP" project and some clarifying of docs around what SMUNZ is and what OpsDev.nz is... are on hold for now.

Reconciliation is falling behind. The RAMP project is setting up the automation for that, but that work is slipping a bit.
