Got a consultation from Claude, linked below. Some ideas for some site revisions, planning work for developing our "opsfin" agent. We'll do a bit of work on that this weekend along with the mid-month reconciliation.

RAMP project is around automating the reconciliation. We may slowly start bringing some sprint docs into the StartMeUp.nz site, not sure yet as they are still below decks in outcome-engineering.

The ledger is in a private repo called ledger.startmeup.nz, not sure what docs we need here about it, we might start a "finance" section as Claude suggests, or this could be material we expand on startmeup.nz, the report is already there, we might create a finance section on the SMUNZ site. Obviously still mulling it over.

We are also supposed to onboard ourselves, and work on that onboarding process as we go. OpsDev.nz needs a plan, so we will work on those docs. Dogfooding it as they say, we have to apply to SMUNZ to say, hey, we are viable collective you should sponsor. We will build an "opsfin" agent for you and automate the ledger reconciliation process.

SMUNZ has already delegated this work to us, so we are already contributing, but we need to explain how the collective can be sustainable and after one year, we wish to remain a collective and contribute revenue to support the operation.

Event organising

We are an operations collective, so providing logistical support to these events we are proposing, we feel is within our remit. But we are hoping that these events, particularly DevOpsDays, will become collectives in their own right, under SMUNZ and OpsDev.nz would continue to provide logistical support, but other interested groups would take over the event organising part. Someone who is able to operate a MarCom agent, which is not our core competency. MarCom or MarComm the Marketing and Communications wing of SMUNZ that has not been developed yet. We are documentarians and ops people not marketing people or agents. So we are on the look out for these kind of people and agents that would like to contribute.
